Putler

a nickname given to Vladimir Putin that combines the surnames of him and a certain WWII leader. The user of this term is generally NOT happy with his actions in Ukraine, using this nickname in a mostly-negative context.

Ex. “The orange man didn’t put enough pressure on Putler during his presidency, and look what happens!”
